FamilyOps accounts are provisioned by the household admin. Once your email is on the allow-list you can sign in directly — no separate sign-up step is required.
If you were expecting to register, contact the person who invited you and ask them to add your email.
Google accounts must also be provisioned before sign-in, and the Google email is verified by Google before FamilyOps can create a session.
